What you get

The free report. Paste a listing link and we show its Listing Score and the one change that earns the most, built from the public listing page and the public pages of homes nearby.

The paid report. A one-time purchase for one listing. It unlocks all nine changes, step by step, at your private link and as a PDF. You can re-run it free for 30 days after paying.

Monitoring. 299 THB a month, billed by Stripe. We check the homes near yours each month and email you when one cuts its price, sells out or appears above you. Cancel any time by emailing us; it ends at the close of the month you paid for.

Estimates, not promises

Every money figure on the site is an estimate. It comes from public prices and open dates on the day we looked, and from simple rules that are the same for every listing. Your results depend on your home, your prices, the season and your guests. We do not promise more bookings, more income or a higher position in search. Only you decide what to change on your listing.

Payment and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay, in your currency, and do not change after. Stripe handles the payment and your card details; we never see the card number.

If the report is about the wrong home, or we could not read your listing, write to us and we will put it right or refund you. Beyond that, refunds are at our discretion and as the law where you live requires. We do not offer a money-back guarantee on results.

Your listing, your changes

We never log in to your Airbnb account and we never ask for its password. Every change the report suggests is one you make yourself, on your own account, when you choose to. You are responsible for following Airbnb's rules and the law where your home is.

Fair use

Run reports for homes you host or manage, or that you have a real reason to look at. Do not use the site to harass another host or to copy their listing. We cap the number of reports a person can run each day and may refuse service to anyone who abuses it.

Our responsibility

We build each report with care, but public pages change and can be read wrongly. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

Independence

More Bookings is an independent third party and is not endorsed by or associated with Airbnb, Inc. Airbnb is a trademark of Airbnb, Inc. We use it only to say which platform a listing is on.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If we change them in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and paying hosts get an email.
