What we collect

The link you paste. We read the public page of that listing: title, words, photos, price, reviews, amenities and open dates. We read the public pages of homes shown near it the same way. We never ask for your Airbnb password and we never log in.

If you buy. Stripe takes your card. We never see the card number. We keep your email, what you paid, the currency and the report it unlocked.

Cookies. Two small ones, for your currency and light or dark mode. No advertising cookies and no tracking pixels.

Server logs. Your IP address, kept for two days, so one person cannot run hundreds of reports in an hour.

Why we use it

Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act asks us to name a reason for each use. Here they are.

Your report. You asked for it. We need the listing data to build it and your email to send it.

A first email to a host we have not met. Legitimate interest. We write to businesses that advertise their homes publicly, about those homes, once. The email shows the real numbers for your listing and has an unsubscribe link that works in one click. After that we never write again.

Other marketing email. Only with your consent, and every email has the same one-click unsubscribe.

Payment records. Tax law makes us keep them.

How long we keep it

Listing snapshots, and the reports built from them, for 12 months from the day we read the page. Payment records for 7 years, for tax. The list of addresses that asked us to stop, for as long as we send email, so we never write to you again. Server logs for two days.

Who else sees it

Companies that run parts of the service for us, each under its own contract and privacy terms:

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Supabase stores the database.
• Stripe takes payments.
• Resend delivers our email.
• Apify reads the public listing pages for us.
• Anthropic turns the numbers into the written steps of a paid report. It receives the listing text and the numbers, never your email or your card.

Some of these companies are in the USA, so data about you may leave Thailand. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email jeff@morebookings.ai and a person will answer, usually the same day, Koh Samui time. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.

Not your listing? Write to us with the link and we will take the report down and make sure you never hear from us again.

Independence

More Bookings is an independent third party. It is not endorsed by or associated with Airbnb, Inc. We only use information that is already public on the listing page.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it. Big changes get an email to paying hosts.
